By scheduling or purchasing cleaning services from Nuelix Cleaning LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
All estimates provided over the phone, via email, or through our LeadConnector contact form are approximate. The final price may vary based on the actual condition of the property and the exact scope of work required upon arrival. If the condition of the home requires significantly more time than estimated, we will contact you before proceeding.
In order to provide our services, you must provide our team with access to your property. If we arrive for a scheduled cleaning and are unable to access the property (e.g., locked out, code doesn't work, no one is home), a lockout fee may apply.
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps us ensure our cleaning professionals maintain consistent schedules.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the cleaning service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Nuelix Cleaning LLC is fully licensed and insured. We treat your home with the utmost care; however, accidents can occasionally happen. If any damage occurs during our cleaning, you must report it within 24 hours of the service. We are not liable for damage to pre-existing fragile items, items improperly secured, or highly valuable items (e.g., jewelry, art, cash) left out in the open. Please secure all valuables prior to our arrival.
For the safety of our staff, we do not clean up biohazards (e.g., human or animal waste, mold, blood) or environments deemed unsafe or unsanitary. We reserve the right to refuse service or leave a job site if our staff feels their safety or health is compromised.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
